armenian minstries2020 Christmas Appeal

This advent we will be encouraging donations which will go towards Armenian Ministries.

Around 15 years ago a relationship was formed between The King's Church and Armenian Ministries. In 2009 Clive, Becky and Franek went to Armenia to help serve and see the work being done there. This year has been difficult all over the world but in Armenia not only have they had to face Covid-19, on top of their daily struggles with poverty, they have also had to face war. This war would have seen the boys that Clive, Becky and Franek worked with, conscripted to be soldiers.

Please click here or on the picture to read the latest newsletter to find out more about what they are facing in Armenia and what Armenian Ministries is doing to help.

On their newsletter they state that money donated they can buy items here to send to Armenia. Also Lorraine Pritchard is still operating as a collection point for items. Please contact Lorraine or email if you wish to give from the items listed in their newsletter instead of money. Thick blankets and sleeping bags (new) are most needed.

The church trustees have agreed to give £1000 to this appeal. We will be glad to receive extra donations to increase what we can send this Christmas.
